I have a bet on the Tsonga-Ljubicic match in the tennis at the moment and last time I looked at the in-play overview screen for this market there was a button telling me how much I could "cash out" for at that moment. Just had another look at that screen now though and the button is no longer there. I'm sure this has happened to me before in football markets too. Does anyone know how you actually access this feature or does the button just appear and disappear as it feels like? Thanks.
You're right Modjadi, that's why I haven't used it before. However, on this occasion I have zero funds in my account to lay off a bet, which is why I wanted to use it now, but can't find the damn thing!

It is right mate, if you have backed a side you can green out of potential winnings even if your balance is zero. I guarantee that is correct, ask anyone else if you don't believe me.

Flip me, I never knew that. Well let's say you back player A at 3.0 for £10 and the price eventually goes down to 1.20 at which time you decide you want to lay off. I thought you would need at least 40p in your account (i.e. a fifth of £2 minimum stake) to be able to lay any money at all off that bet. How does it work when you have zero credit?

There is a reason to leave 1p in your account however, and you always should.
There's a bug in betfair when you get to 0.00 that sometimes rounds your balance to -0.01
If this happens you actually will be unable to trade, even if you use your green.
Other than that, everything Modjadji said is correct.
