Gruss has conditional betting which allows you fire a back into the market once a price has been reached.  No guarantees of getting matched though.

Gruss has a setting where you can offset your price by a number of ticks from the price you click , so say clicking on 2 with the offset set at 3 ticks would send in a price of 1.94.

Your best bet though is just to use the ladder style betting that's on all the software, so you can just click and bet at whatever price you want without worrying the current price might change whilst your clicking especially in fast moving markets
