Rules help

Hi ,  I know this is the football forum, but I think it would apply here too, and I just want to know if I have won or not..

In the basketball match between the Phillipenes and Jordan, I had picked Phillipenes to win, and they did so..

However, it was mentioned several times during commentary they had fielded 2 illegal players, and it would have to be settled by a disciplinary board, and the result may be favoured to Jordan..

Have I won my bet or not? Does the meeting matter for my selection, as with most the action by the board wouldn't matter, but the final result of the game would be taken.
