I am running a sheet applying BSP prices with a different staking method to see how it will work out.

Are you taking what odds you can get before the off?

Not actually backing these, more an experiment with the selection method.  Staking also experimental as there can be between 1-3 selections per race and I couldn't decide how best to stake them so I pinched the staking plan from a thread started earlier this year by swift-tuttle!

The W/L figures are based on BSP so I'll be interested to see see how your staking method pans out.

The way I like to think about this is that if you said you were laying these top2rated, then you would get some posters saying that a big priced winner will come along and ruin your strategy.

I'd decided last night to let the thread die a natural death following a further blow to the bank yesterday.  That's the reason for not posting any selections today.  The selection process is obviously flawed and I gave too little thought to the staking plan.     

On reflection, I let my enthusiasm get the better of me (again) when I started this thread last Saturday.  I thought I'd found something of promise which I could eventually share but alas it was not to be.

Anyway, I hope you're managing to keep your nose in front and thanks for your comments.
