Worst Thing about Betfair- Australian Wallet

I put money in the Australian wallet. Now, it is suspended, I have to prove my identity. I can't put a trade on the RWC even though it is in New Zealand. You can bet on the RWC on any other site. I don't live in Australia so why should they have any say on what I put my money on?
