on 4 july betfair customer services announced they missed their exchange targets for the previous two months. but they have yet to tell us how they did in july and august. why? has performance deteriorated further?

thanks. i never use the home page. i have another page bookmarked so i don't have to deal with all the ads. last time it was announced in the announcements section of the forum.
