Does anybody know of any bookies offering the above, in the Manchester city centre area, or near Sale? My existing bookie has now reduced the terms to treble the odds, which is a bit of a nightmare...

David Pluck, although the fact you say near Sale makes me think this is your existing bookie and no longer offer this?

Nah, I was using Taylormade in the city centre. They only offer treble the odds in the Sale branch of David Pluck and only double the odds for anything that's not horses or dogs!
