If anyone on here knows one based in or near Bristol please let me know ...

I believe Elitebet closed a while back. There is one in Kings Cross, just off York Way called SportsTraders.

Elitebet is definitely not closed

If people know for sure that Elitebet is still open, I will go with that. It's just that their online profile isn't up to much these days and there was talk of the shop being closed on another forum. Apologies for giving misinformation.

They no longer operate as a betting shop and have shutters down across the windows so it gives the impression of not being open for business.  However, there are still a few regulars in there - mostly when the Turf TV meetings are on.
