I pointed out that betfair employees shouldn't be lying about their rivals t&c so he had it deleted.

Already had a warning, expect I'll be purged for replying to this thread.

i was in the park with my sons could only read on android phone,  could not post, i did see t & c for both exchanges, my reference can be found by googling 1bet terms but there seems to be 2 1bet sites? are they the same, one opened in feb, must be the same company i presume, i have no idea why it was pulled down the thread?

Given you'd seen, what by any stretch of the imagination, were broadly similar t&cs for both, the question would be why did you only initially post t&cs up in a pejorative way for the other place without posting the t&cs of here? If you're trying to defend x by saying something negative about y, surely you should check whether the same thing you perceive to be negative, applies to x also?

jml it only takes 5 minutes to read the whole of a new thread and one second and a few brain cells to watch your language when your communicating with people if you comprehend?

You're on here until 2.00 am every night, and back on at 8.00 am every
morning. On many threads you account for over 25% of all posts, and 4
consecutive posts, by yourself, is not unusual.

When you took the kids out, you were unable to put this forum out of
your mind.

He did state previously that he had a very active mind. I reminded him that this was also the case with John Nash...

the pivotal question is,  is the 1bet site that started in febuary the same 1bet that is on the purple site, if not are purple in breach of copy right as i referred to there t & c, whats going on?

My understanding is it is all the same 1bet.

your missing so many points that your question about why i didnt add all other betting companies t & c for that matter as there all similar is irrelevant really imo
By:
inner city sumo
When: 26 Aug 11 12:41
No, that is exactly the point. If Betfair and a rival exchange's t + cs are the same, why post the rival's up and say negative things about them, because if there is something negative about them, it would also apply to Betfair.  Strange why you only choose the rival isn't it. What possible reason could you have to do that? It really is a mystery isn't it. I wonder...

because 1bet has completly different T & C and when i have acces to my pc i shall paste the links

Everyone went through it on the initial thread and concluded they weren't completely different at all. The consensus was that everything was similar with each company reserving similar rights.

So now knowing that you went through both before posting 1Bet's, what were the key differences, what was in 1Bet's that aren't in Betfair's?

This is the 1bet site that has the same name as 1bet on ****, if its not the same site then how come it has the same name?

Apparently this 1bet is already blacklisted on some sportsboooks listing as a bad site and there are many cases of persons not being paid out but it may not be the 1bet on purple in which case there is a problem with copyright?

Less sure now, but suspect it is just an Asian skin that bets into **** money. The fact it's down would correspond with a relaunch. The fact it appeared six months ago would also make that about right.

I don't think copyright would be an issue even if they are unrelated- I'm sure there was at least another 1bet in America about 20 years ago.

T&Cs on the one through purple seem to be governed by typical exchange rules. T&Cs for the one in Asia look different and like a traditional bookmaker with details on roll through and bonuses. But one is within an exchange and the other is set as a bookmaker in Asia so that's not a surprise.
By:

When: 26 Aug 11 14:56
I think I made an error and think that they must now be 2 different sites using the same name, I didn't have access to my pc yesterday so I couldn't debate the issue, I understand why the thread  was taken down and a bit embarrassing really, both exchanges do have very similar t&c , thats BD and BF
and it seems that the 1bet online is an American sports book, but they are reworking there site at the moment so I couldn't confirm the link or separate them, whoops.

Could be asian skin sorry, they started in February and have a bad reputation already, sorry purple if its if apparently not linked to you, must cause some confusion though for googlers.

Everone else wanting to know Betxaq's T&C would have gone to Betxaq's site.

You decided to go a different route and googled "1bet terms". Convienient of you not to include the word "Betxaq" in your search.

And now you expect everyone to believe that it was a genuine mistake.

Have you really nothing better to do with your life?

getting a bit much this isnt it bff? understandable to defend your employer and argue their case but quite another thing to write defamatory comments about a competitor - i suggest that you tone it down else you might get into trouble.
