An eye patch but think they use eyedrops as well now which would probably be better although it depends on the age. I had a lazy eye diagnosed when I was 3, I think, and I've been told I used to always pull the patch off so fast forward 29 years and I'm now basically blind in one eye and have been as long as I can remember because I didn't use the patches enough. I was too young to realise the damage it done obviously but hindsights a great thing. If you're asking for a child that's been diagnosed then all I'd say make sure they stick to the treatment no matter what as It'll really affect them when they're older if the brain switches the eye off.
