why peoples from other companies say BetFAIR is blocking their mobiles and demanding moneys?

seems to be lots of peoples saying this.  BetFAIR block mobiles and ask for moneys from other bookmaker or exchanges.  is this good idea for BetFAIR to does?  don't understand why is good idea, but maybe is help make money for shareholders?

another questions for BetFAIR,.. when I click on right hand side of this page --------------------->

on the "FOLLOW US ON TWITTER" bit, it come up with "Sorry this page does not exist".
