Further enhancement to Betfair’s Outage Policy

We’re pleased to confirm that from Monday 15th August our Outage Policy will be further enhanced. In addition to the rules confirmed when we launched this back in May, now all unmatched keep bets on every In-Play market will be cancelled, along with those on outright markets where there may have been a material price change due to related In-Play events. This decision was taken following feedback from many customers at the time the original Outage Policy was introduced. The tools required to manage this improvement are now in place and the team have been busily testing the process.
