If the premium charge has been invoked to address more circulation in the revenues to ensure profits overall reflect better than marginal disadvantages of average exchange to aid in the overall development of the exchange, but this charge then incites a negative factor in the majority of users , could different classes of markets be fairer to the whole community and more acceptable long term.

Here is how this would work in various applications!

1.....bettors at limited liquidity markets would not have to incur a premium charge as It is a capped level of liquidity
that is similar to the liquidity on other exchanges, Thus the original more profitable level of charges perceived is maintained.

2.....bettors at unlimited liquidity who want maximum profits and will be used by big traders, bookmakers and speculators
will incur the premium charge using these markets if they meet all the conditions that are listed in t&c.

By applying different classes of market or classes of player then it will be possible to please all customers to a greater extent
as there will be zero advantage to players betting at average amounts by using an alternative exchange in the fixed liquidity class markets that match them and an advantage in that betfair will offer slightly better odds and more markets/products.

Pro gamblers will still make the largest profits possible in betfairs unlimited liquidity markets as there liquidity will ensure that even after the charge  average maximum profit possible will  be far in excess of anything in the betting world!

An added advantage will be that players in the limited liquidity markets will be under less competition than players in the unlimited class or other exchanges though there will have to be have both markets prices synchronized which is something that
already goes on by rival exchanges !

So you see it is with a little clever design possible to have an exchange that caters for all types of player without penalizing
the average player because of the  abilities of the big players and still offer a better product all round with more markets etc!

By adopting this classification of bettor and/or market limited liquidity players will have zero chance of paying a premium charge

Bettors in unlimited class will have 100% chance of winning the largest profits possible,

Cross matching between classes will ensure a calculated proportion of betting in queues maintains the viability of this new system.

If football matches, horse races and greyhound races are classed or graded instead of all being knock-outs or open races then why cant players and markets be graded that bet on them, are we all the same class?

Another very important positive factor for betfair and customers if adopting this new classification of player and/or market is that with having all the players playing against there own level of winning abilities then the induced equality of competition will prevent to many good players from taking the money of less successful players directly in competition .

In the world of gaining from perceived prices from perceived advantage markets, the perceived edge in using a brand of sporting exchange must be maintained to ensure the best possible future for the sporting exchange and its users!

I thought that advocates of other exchanges would hate my idea as it cancels there advantage out in liquidity equivalent competition and still allows the super liquidity for the pros to aim at.

Why betfair did not apply the charge in a more creative and fair fashion like my idea I cannot understand but of course there are path finding as its such a new form of business running a sporting exchange.

If I ran betfair I would not hesitate to take the competition head on and use the competitions liquidity for totals matched to show real comparative liquidity in a zero pc market option or pro pc market.

The main problem is that through lack of creative exchange market mechanisms design there is

too much Lumpimg together of available liquidity

to a too wide a difference of "cash volume user" therefore
when implementing charging rates system they are perceived to affect everybody unfairly

I would also scarp the stock market exchange platform that betfair have to maintain cash and
speed up the bingo product production, I would also seek better press release for website and
inform and research customers and there needs!

Has nobody any view on the merits of my classed market concept for sporting exchanges or
has its logical advancement of the exchange model shot clear over the average users head?
