General Betting

Have any of you noticed a discrepancy between the PnL shown and the value you get when you download the spreadsheet for the same time period? It has always appeared correctly, to my knowledge in the past, but today I noticed that the 29th July shows a figure bigger than the actual amount won? Must perhaps be a web issue? Has anyone else noticed this problem before? The money is all correct in my account and I see the correct PC charge was calculated and applied etc for that week, just had me confused for a while (I was in the process of verifying the PC)? All the other days of the month, the web pnl figure appear correct - this is very odd? Btw, this is definitely not an issue with the time as only bet on uk horses that day and timespan was: 2011-07-29 00:00 to 2011-07-29 23:59 (using uk time) and the excel download was "produced" from this resultset.

Is it to do with partially settled markets (Golf cuts, tennis outrights etc)

Good point, but no I can definitely rule that out as I don't have any long term bets in this account.

Any Aussie bets (I realise you said there were only UK horses, but could be an oversight)

This was due to some race they cocked up about a week ago by settling before removing some non runners + deductions. All adjustments were applied as FIX's to the account statement and not by amending the Betting pnl figures. Somehow I imagine they'll happily calculate the PC charges on the higher figure rather than correct one.

found the race it was 14:55 Thirsk 29th Jul they settled then cancelled then cocked up and finally put though a fix payment around 15:27 so if you had bets in that race that's where the error's come from. Becuase it was sent thrui as a fix ,cos they cocked up resettlement a couple of times ) your pnl will be incorrect
