Unfortunately forums tend to become more negative than positive.
Betfair has it's flaws and bad patches but overall it's a wonderful betting tool getting value & betting flexibility for 99% of punters.
There are good threads but most are hijacked with others on a mission. Either way it's a good thing that Betfair has forum, hardly any other competitors would leave themselves open to any positive or negative criticism.
