Betting is an industry that tries to maximize its take out of the customers (at the expense of its margin) by offering diff. prices to differently price-discriminating customers. Any attempt to do this by setting diff. pricing rates is thoroughly in keeping w/ the traditional practices of the industry and consistent with its model. It's more surprising to me that bf took so long to introduce something like the pc, given the 12 yr or so history of the company. I don't think it's been introduced well but it's hardly the bizarre, anti-common sense move you suggest. |
