It's disallowed in the API terms and conditions, Feck. That's not to say they'd know if you got some bespoke software coded for you but you certainly won't see any for sale.

no chance, commercial programmers arent going to reduce there markets by creating sofware that muti-platforms.
freelance programmers could design it but its development cost would be great , a possible venture though for both bettors/traders with the capital to invest on new software or a programmer with a self interest and the free time to develop.

Both can be Excel executable as far as I know. At the moment commercially can't happen due to T+Cs, but can certainly have 2 apps open, Excel based, and simply combine the 2 on the 1 sheet. (I say simply, due to the theory involved, I certainly would struggle to get anything readable using Excel.. :P)
