Instead of evolving to the current Sky+HD boxes with internet access we have now we'd probably be looking at something along the lines of those Russian video recorders Del boy was trying to sell in Only Fools And Horses. That said, if they ever try to take the losers rather than the winners off the bookmakers I'd imagine they'd very quickly find themselves where Rupert Murdoch is today.

Maybe someday we'll get an HBO comedy entitled "Cut Out The Middleman" based on betfair's think tank.

If you did get such a comedy i'm sure it would be "pay per view" with differrent rates depending on what type of customer you are of course.
