as we know betfair have a standard 1 sec delay on bets ir on the horse races( so there XM can rape us).
if betduck dont have this 1 sec delay... how great would it be if betduck took off, sis pictures speeded up, and no bet delays and cross matching bollox....... are we allowed to dream ? he he

The cross matcher doesn't use the 1 second delay. It operates exactly as it does on non ir markets as far as I know.
BTW, the 1 second delay is to protect rapists from being raped.
I still don't understand why Betfair have ever allowed courtsiding. I must be ****g stupid.
come feck get a grip..... the cross matching is in operation when markets go in play + the 1 sec delay is there because cross matching would be impossable with out a delay in a matket . :>)
aspy, the delay is irrelevant. If you place a bet it goes through a 1 second countdown and once it hits the queue if there isn't an offer there to cover it the cross matcher attempts to match it. There is no delay in non ir markets but the cross matcher still works in them.
