We are a group of horse racing professionals. We seek someone to organise a group of people to follow us around the racecourses monitoring our bets. Once these shadows discern the horse we're drip feeding money on they will jump ahead of us and mirror our bets with those bookmakers we haven't yet placed bets with. In return for arranging this the successful applicant will receive 40% of our profits as well as whatever he/she arranges with the shadows.

You've just explained how the Betfair sportsbook will operate.  Only they wont be jumping ahead of you they'll be three steps behindLaugh

As will the shadows initially Clydebank.

Since I started back I've noticed how much worse this has got. It's particularly bad in low liquidity races. I drip feed in e.g. £300 @ 12.0 (presumably I'm not the only one betting it) and a bet suddenly appears mirroring my bet asking for say £500 (there was a 50K bet last night at Yarmouth). I take it whoever's doing it doesn't want the bat matched but, because of the money movement, is confident it isn't going to be snaffled and is quite happy for it to act as a book end. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's assisting scalping or he's hoping to force me into accepting lower odds that he can sell back after removing the book end. The tragedy is they wouldn't even have to make any great change to the interface to stop this parasitic behaviour. Hiding the amounts matched until after the off and only updating the queue information every x seconds would suffice. Clearly that would p1ss a lot of people off but they supposedly want rid of them anyway.

In light of Betfair's recent intentions do you really want them hiding the queue?

poor old Feckton. Not long now and you can start moaning about referee's as well Feckton.

Plenty of referees out and about yesterday frames. They'd kill for the right to bang their drums in our area but they would never dream of giving a 50:50 decision in their team's favour.

Anyone who doesn't agree 100% with the government of the day should leave the country.
Such is the world of izzy and arsfondles.
