not sure what is going on ,but received a email regarding statements , so i thought i could print it off , but there is no amount showing ?, so i rang them customer services ,and they said that everytime i want a statement ,i would have to phone and request one , is that correct ?? a bit puzzled as to why have they sent me a email with no relevant info on ,and why the hell should i have to request a bloody statement ??

hasnt it got a download thingy at the bottom?
i know theyre stopping the posted paper statements anyway, i thought they were going to email in future and tell people when they were ready etc. |
