i had 200 dollars in and hadnt played for a month and just generally not had a gamble in a while so hadnt noticed. bit of a kickin the spuds to see your cash just disappear but i guess alot of others worse hit than me

Not techincally correct, they lost their licence in Alderney because they didn't have the funds to repay their American customers. It partly stemmed from the DOJ ruling but there was a lot, lot more to it than that.

IMO you will be lucky to see a penny of any funds you may have there, it looks 50/50 if you're a non American and if you are American your cash is as good as gone already.
Even if they do ever get their license back their reputation now is so tarnished that the 1st thing that the majority of people will do is withdraw their money leaving the company even more financially crippled than it is at this point in time.
They're probably considering some sort of premium charge from anyone who plays upwards of $0.01/$0.02FL to recoup their "bad investments" .....seems like the way to go
