It's a rope-a-dope strategy.
Bf are happy if the new pc payers leave and happy if they have, or decide, to stay. So let them punch themselves out and bluster and bf can wait till July 18.
More damaging for them is the bad press and the discouragement of those people who aspire to win 250k, are perhaps close now to becoming good winners but who won't fall under the charge (and maybe don't may pc now). My feeling is that there are a fair number of these sorts on the threads too.
