I am going to give this topic my best shot at increasing a start bank of 3,000 to 100,000
For the purpose of this topic I will be posting my selections and stake using a points system
Betfair SP will be used for all profit and loss calculations unless otherwise stated

I didn't know you dislike me so much - I know we have different styles of betting - but to totally blank me is like I said disappointing to say the least.

inono you've been on betfair a long time yet you appear to bet like a complete novice! As you said you got out of jail but you're just playing Russian Roulette, rethink what you're doing and how you're staking because you were on the verge of losing your bank after just a few bets.

i don't wish to spoil inono thread Paulme - but stop going on about every after-timing is all made up etc. Trust me it is not (well not for everyone). What Inono does standard lay selections before the start where as many others including myself do in-play trading and bets just before the off as I like to watch the money/odds change.
What the guys are referring to is - staking and money management (and the hard thing about not chasing) - which is key to successful betting. For instance with my challenge ... with first horse lays were to win around £6 to £10 each race ....I think inono bets should be around the 2 to 3% max liability of the bank roll - so that would be be £60 to £90 liability at any one time .... that way if you get a few hits you don't chase or you simply have the bank roll to keep going. It is not easy and I go off on a tangent every now and then myself ...

Who claims to make 1000's and 1000's paulme?

Where you get this 1000's and 1000's from is a mystery, plenty of people have worked hard to gain a small edge and now betfair want more than half of it.

It's about backing a 3-1 shot at 7-2 or laying a 7-2 shot at 3-1 so over time you can beat the market. When you know you can you have to optimize your staking to maximise the advantage you know you have over the market.
That's all there is to it so you can now go away and work out how you're going to do this and forget all about tipping and making a set amount each day.

I've told you how to win, although i'm sure the majority know they have to beat the odds. Have you never looked at threads on the football forum with people backing a team at 2 when greater odds are available elsewhere? That's where you should start your quest.

Well I'd suggest you concentrate on betting on tennis only for the next year and see how you get on.
Watch as much as you can. Read the posts of those on the tennis forum who clearly know their stuff.
Keep a note of every bet you have the reasons why you thought that particular bet was a good one.

You are now in a worse position and, whilst i wish you success, can't see how you're going to profit, unless you just get extremely lucky, from this with the way you stake added to how, after a loss, you just jump straight onto the next race with, seemingly, no regard of the odds. You need to stop the ridiculous stakes which, after one loss, make you go straight on the chase and operate within a staking plan that keeps you in your comfort zone. You may be a decent judge but nobody can tell if you lose your entire balance after four or five reverses!
