It should be 40%+ for everyone. Not just big winners.

feck i wish it was 40% for everyone. some are screwed for 60%.
I think its unfair that some only pay 40% (some only pay 21% thats really ****) BTW its not big winners that pay the premium charge, its small winners £8, £10 etc over 10 years can make you pay 60% minimum. |
