Somebody made the excellent point a few days ago that it shouldn't make a difference. If you stake sensibly and get matched at a decent price what's wrong with letting the bet run?
What annoyed me was the lack of communication after their shiny new Customer Commitment designed to address these situations. |

In accordance with our Customer Commitment and Outage Policy we attempted to keep customers up to speed with the ongoing efforts to recover our service. However, for a period of time, the tools that we use to manage these communications were also unavailable so we couldn’t be as timely as we’d have liked.

They waited a full 23 hours after the end of the match to make the changes. And even then, as the changes were happening, it was up to folk on the forum to update the situation. |
