Racecourse pitches

Anyone give me an idea on overheads etc and the process of setting up. i work in the gambling industry and have worked on a pitch for someone else a long time ago im toying with the idea of getting one or two pitches.

Whats your thoughts on how the on-course business works these days? the reason i didnt carry on with the guys on the pitches was because of the over usage of the exchanges and what it took away from the game
