Been trying but when I Copy and paste from Excel in to the forum, it just pastes the words and not the table - the lines are not inserted.
I don't really like the table function here, it's not really useful.
Any answers pls?

"Paste special" into word or something then paste into here as plain text.

Open your spreadsheet and insert a blank column (a) before your first column of data, (b) between each column of data and (c) after your last column of data. Type the pipe symbol twice in the first row of the first blank column and fill down to the last row of data you want to display. Copy and paste the column of double pipe symbols to the remaining blank columns. Your spreadsheet should now look something like this one I've put up on Google Accounts - https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1f6IPj7ZSZniQuvEiBJY6IV27zO228NgAeayl6Hm1OZk
Then simply highlight all the cells from top left to bottom right, click on copy and then paste in to your post. Click on post reply and you should see something like this.......

Mate, thanks alot, been trying for ages, maybe that should of been common sense given that when you use the table function here the pipe symbol is used, but I didn't think of it[smiley:crazy]
