General Betting

Not sure which race it was now, but I greened up on one of this afternoons races and checked on my balance about 30 minutes later and my winnings haven't appeared but winnings on subsequent races have. In the past I've seen bets seemingly nullified on events so maybe that happened in this instance. The race doesn't even show up in my statement. What's the cause of this kind of thing?
