I'm using codegear rad studio (c++ builder) and tried accessing it using a TADOConnection with

ConnectionString =

"PROVIDER=Microsoft.SQLSERVER.MOBILE.OLEDB.3.0;Data Source=C:\Program Files\Timeform\Timeform-i\CTFData.sdf;"

When I try to set Connected to true, if I leave the user name and password blank at the login prompt I just get "Unspecified error".

Anyone know if a user name & password are required or what I'm doing wrong?

It's nothing to do with internet explorer stewarty. It's a database on my laptop I'm trying to connect to. Thanks for the effort in any case.

Not really swift but thanks anyway. The thing is I'm not even sure about the connection string but the database probably has a trivial user name and password that I'll need as well. For computer timeform the username and password were both "ctf" but I don't know if it's different for timeform-i.
