More index tables available like the one from "Mastering Betfair" book.

Hi,

In the "Mastering Betfair" book an U/O 2.5 goal strategy is described. There is a "expected Goal Index" table's that is compared to a odds. Like 2.2 Goals expekted = the u2.5 odds should be something like 1.65.  I'm looking for more tables like this, but on different markets. Someone know it it's available?

Sorry for a bad description, but if you have the book i hope you understand.
