why is it you can only withdraw to the equivalent you deposit? Kinda defies the object of making a profit if you can only withdraw as much as you have put into the account in the 1st place!? :/

AFAIK that rule only applies to Mastercard (and it's Mastercard's rule not BF's).

Plenty of people on here (not me, I'm sorry to say) who have withdrawn very significantly more than they've ever deposited.

There's a 'Betfair's Card Policy' popup off 'Withdraw Funds from Betfair' that seems pretty clear - maybe one day I'll have occasion to use it!

Do you have more than one card on your account? If so then I think you have to withdraw the amount deposited on each card before you can exceed that on either. If you have a dead card on your account then call up and get it removed. Otherwise just withdraw to your bank account or register another card and withdraw to that.

Oi you lot.  Betfair are just following anti money laundering procedures.  It is not their fault, blame the drug barons.
