The sheer volume of microbets, below minimum invisible bets, one increment topping on here is astounding. We all know that Betfair's least favourite customers are manual, medium to large players, but the current state of affairs is laughable, the place is like a penny arcade with Betfair's pro-microbettor, pro-microbot agenda. The idea of 'leaving an order in', one of the most innovative aspects of exchange betting, is effectively redundant.
"We all know that Betfair's least favourite customers are manual, medium to large players"
do I pick up a hint of frustration in the sarcasm? same here fwiw

I'm quite surprised by that Clydebank, I would suggest that the general feeling around the place is that Betfair's stock has never been lower in terms of customer satisfaction, particularly given the risible handling of recent big outages.

I've long argued that the minimum bet shd go up w/ historic winnings in the site. This wd fail to serve its purpose (i.e. commit bots and traders to play bigger, take more risks and give up some of the value in other bettors' eyes) so long as you cd get round the requirement w/ microbets.
Perhaps bf cd say that the minimum commission they will charge for any market will be 10p (as if a bettor had won at evens for the min. stated stake and 5% comm.).
