Hi, today i backed Man City to beat blackburn with the intention to 'cash out' when man city went ahead..

they did this late in the game and i clicked cash out, for example I backed man city with £2 bet, and i clicked what said 'cash out 3.20 at 75min mark.

Now my question is; Why when I cash out there i only win my stake back and the £3.20  figure goes automatically on Lay man city ??? man city then won so the lay bet has lost 70p in liability!?

im so confused as to why I cant simply make a bet and cash out for a small profit.. aghh

Never used this myself but how can you expect to guarantee your stake if you don't Lay City.  And how can you expect to do that without reducing your profit on City? .

I think you will have to explain better what really happened.

When im 'cashing out' on an in play market on the back bet, im not receiving the stated cash out figure, instead I got my stake returned and the cash out figure went on the lay side for the remaining time in the game..

Never used it so I'm not sure, but I think you get your stake back when doing it and any profit later when the market is settled.
