I did, too much hassle using any online stuff, plus we wanted newbie friendly each ways and all that jazz.

I went into Billies to back a dog that was 100/1 on oddscheker only to be told it was 66s in the shop. Came home and backed it online. I guess they are trying to "migrate" their business.
