Given that one has an Edge in his Value Estimate and therfor makes a Net + after Com. whats a reasonable and realistic long Term ROI over a Big Sample of Over 2.5 Goals Bets in Footy.

My Opinion always was that about 2 % - 5 % could be possible and that 10,00 % would be exceptional.

Over a small sample (to be precise over 17 Bets i took yesterday and today) i stand at 29,00 % ROI which i think is not realistic long term in a big sample.

I dont have that much Numbers collected thus far for my Selection Method so i would apreciate a hint from someone who has bazillions of Recorded Bets.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but your 17 bets mean absolutely nothing, so yes  29% is not realistic long term. Anything that beats commission over thousands of bets is good, to get 2 or 3% on top of that is excellent, but you know that anyway :)

Well that was at least a bit helpfull,.... i always thought that the Error Margins on the Footy Over / Under Markets are small and that the real Value Punts are few and far between.

Cheers
