paysafe not worked?

Tried to deposit it, page kept reloading itself on authorisation. I waited a bit as I didn't want to close and try again because the funds might disappear. I waited but then closed it and tried again, but money is gone from voucher(to Betfair as site says) but nothing appeared in my account. Anybody similar happen to them?
