General Betting

As always, I have three copies of this bot running
along with my other aps.
I'm still using v4_061010.
Two are running fine but the third one keeps failing to show matched bets or justification for unmatched.
It just shows the prices for runners even though I
am matched on several!
If I re-load races it will perform ok for a while but
then reverts to the same problem.
I'm posting on here, rather than our own forum, as there
are normally precious few people around on there.
