hi everyone,
i'm living outside UK so as I have read rules I am not betting against other customers than against BETFAIR so I wonder how it that goes? i know when i'm betting against other customers i must wait that other party put same odds and stake on oposite bet and then we are matched but how it goes otherwise when i'm betting against betfair?

Unless you're in Italy, I'm pretty sure it's only a technicality. So you will use the site in the same way as we do in the UK.

What he is talking about is that outside the UK your bet is not directly matched with the other player, but with betfair. But betfair will only match you when they are able themselves to match the other side of the bet with another player.
so in UK
player A is matched against Player B
outside the UK
Player A is matched against betfair & betfair then match against player B to totally lay off the bet.
in reality it makes no differnce in how it is done.
