A thai dongle is that some secret code for a ladyboy or something?
Just be sure to check you can get on Betfair through one because I think officially online gambling is not allowed, but people can still get on via internet. Phone companies may have restrictions due to this though.
my mate got "thai dongle" when in phuket. it can take weeks to heal and will itch a hek of alot.
Always use protection when using your dongle in Thailand.
