yeah... but you can't use norwegian CARDS to deposit funds, you should use neteller, moneybooker.
As Winner said, no problems using Betfair from Norway. Only restriction is that it's impossible to deposit via Norwegian credit cards. No problem using credit cards from other countries. Also no problem using standard bank transfer from Norwegian banks, but it will take a couple of days before the money is in your Betfair account.
