This downtime cost me roughly €100 in transaction fees (deposited $3000 to bet on the Swedish Eurovision Final, but could not, returned the money and lost €100 in exchange rates). If you dont have a sign somewere at the site warning that betting is closed, I think you should cover this fee, not me.
Your swedish support refuses to cover the fees. I am dissapointed with Betfair.
