City were about 5.4 before today's Utd v Arsenal match

City are now 3.8

I don't understand why Arsenal going out makes City's price plummet, maybe if United had gone out I would've expected City to come in a little but I can't fathom why it's dropped so sharply now.

Can anyone explain ?

Are you sure those were the odds before Confused

Hadn't looked at the market myself but seems a no brainer that if United and Arsenal had , say , 50% of the book between them before the match, that United should now have all that 50%, as their going through does not improve the chance of anyone else left in it.

Not certain about price. I know it was the same as United price.

The price has barely moved.  The last time they were 5.4 was before they beat Villa.
