This is on the feedback community presumably and if so everybody got them.
I once took over a business where the staff had a convoluted bonus scheme which was intended to incentise them to generate more gross profit. Not only did the staff not understand the scheme but they never got an update to tell them where they stood, so it was next to pointless.
This points scheme is much the same. I can find nothing to tell me what these mega points do for me. It is very nice to get more points but why and what for?
