Anyone use this site before?

I have had an account for a few weeks and placed a few losing bets, stakes ranging from £20 - £50, a combination of singles, doubles, trebles etc.

Tonight I placed a £30 win double on tonights Super League games, Saints and Leeds to win. The bet was placed at 19:59 and the games started at 20:00. The bet was accepted and I logged off.

I have since found out that at 20:05 they refunded 2/3's of my total stake of £30 and left me with a £10 double.

How can they do this 5 minutes into both games, both Leeds and Saints were ahead in their games by this point.

Its not big money involved but how can they get away with conducting themselves like this???

I have e-mailed them, I will provide an update when I receive a reply !!

"Thank you for contacting E x pekt support.

Kindly note that this is a Traders decision and we cannot disclose any information regarding this matter.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

So they make trading decisions 5 minutes after games start and cancel bets mid way through???  Hopeless lot.

I don't know how they think they can get away with that, it's stealing.

I would let them know that you're making it public knowledge by warning others, and close the account.

Account will be closed as soon as I have made sure my withdrawal has hit my account.  Lesson learnt but will endevour to keep bringing this to the top occasionally as a warning to others. For the amount involved can't be bothered taking it any further.
