Betfair Mobile - Blackberry Install Issues

Anyone got betfair mobile working ? I keep getting the SMS link - and I type in all my userid/password - but the application wont install - it gives the error message that there are internal betfair errors - but when I rang up , they said there wasnt any. Ive been trying this for the last 5/6 weeks. My williamill/ladbrokes/ppower apps all installed and work perfect. Any help.
I have the BB Torch if that helps. BTW ,Im a computer tech - just in case people think i might be dumb with technology
