I want 25 pounds in my a/c as betfair had an offer that they plough back 25 pounds back lost!

I Opened  a new a/c for $41.37 .i.e.,  25 pounds approx....Betfair had an offer that they return U 25 pounds wen u lose!! but i hav not received them yet!!
