There's an outside chance that this will actually be better as they've fixed the fact that when replying to messages the text doesn't fit on the screen and they've removed a chunk of white space. It would be a miracle, but maybe it's actually deliberate.
There's a big question though as to why they're doing this when the site is almost unusable due to outages at the moment.
It would also be nice if they'd leave all the buttons in the same place and bring back the nice old scrollbar on the left side, which is currently hidden miles down the page. Guess I'll take it though, can't remember the last time they made any kind of positive step.
I do use forum classic, screen pic of today's changes here....Wider/bigger Reply box and all the huge white space under each reply has gone.Menu on the left hand side is compact now, but has huge space if you scroll to top or bottom of pageObviously
A picture of what I mean by the left hand bar... have to scroll down miles to find the list of forums!

Hmm. Mine isn't like that in FF, though I've not closed browser today.
I did notice when I toggle from 'forum crappic' to 'forum classic' I have to do it TWICE, like go to classic, back, then to classic again, for to actually work properly! Maybe try that.

Cheers for the replies anyway, I'm trying to work out if I got a lovely new feature or if everyone's had this for weeks!
I actually slightly prefer this "new" version. Finally, the bug for how the display screws up if all the replies are too short..http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k10/lorinda11/betfairforumchange3.jpgCheers for the replies anyway, I'm trying to work ou
What browser are you using? I use firefox and it's never had that bug either, and doesn't look like that.
Something that obvious would be fixed ages ago if lots of people had it?

It's a new thing today, usually the reply box is only half the size and you can't see what you're typing for the last two words on each line (Now fixed) and there's usually huge white space between each reply in a thread (Now fixed)
Those fixes are the reason I'm a bit loathe to delete cookies and try again because if it's unintentional it's still better despite the other bugs.

See what I mean by wasted space on the "old" version compared to "new"?
Ok, I've gone onto a different machine and got the "old" layout back. The sort by and 40 per page drop downs are in a different place, so it's like they did move it on purpose for a while..http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k10/lorinda11/betfairforumch
My CPU just hit 100% for three minutes, then the forum returned to normal, which is a shame as the old bugs are back (In particular not being able to see the typing at the end of a line until hitting enter)
Was an interesting 30 hours or so though.

If I make any kind of correction, within the last line of type, I cannot advance the cursor to the end of that line.It simply jumps back to the beginning!
So the only way I have found, to get around it, is to put the cursor one character back and then, very carefully delete the next character and continue typing as normal.
I am using Chrome, if that is significant!
Do any of you guys have this problem? If I make any kind of correction, within the last line of type, I cannot advance the cursor to the end of that line.It simply jumps back to the beginning! So the only way I have found, to get around it, is to put t
