No you haven't missed it. This is a very good and straight forward question.
They talk about customer confidence - we might all feel a lot more confident if they answer the difficult questions and tell us exactly what happened, and what they have done to try and ensure it doesn't happen again. |

I get the impression they don't yet know for certain, hence these tests they're still running. They could say that though.

I think that's spot on. After the first scheduled test they cancelled the next two, but will do more testing tomorrow. That implies they found something that needs to be fixed and tested, and that couldn't be done until tmrw.
