Planned outage my ars**

Do betfair think we are fIIng stupid?  I work in IT we have really small IT section and we plan outages at 2AM, yes it is a pain that I need to do this but THAT IS WHAT YOU DO.  It does not affect anyone and if there is an issue you have 7 hours to fix before the 9AM start.

The operations director should BE FIRED ON THE SPOT.  In fact if I do not hear he has been by BF, I will never bet on here again.
